2019 Nourished Festival (San Mateo)
Nourished Festival is the event to attend Sat Nov. 16 & Sun 17 from 10AM to 3PM at the San Mateo County Events Center. Discover recipes that are gluten and allergen free. This year’s program promises inspiring speakers.
Desiree Nielsen (RD, author and vegetarian cook) talks Saturday about the Gut-Brain connection and Sunday about how a plant-based diet can improve gut health. Elizabeth Gronert speaks Sunday about Bone Broth. This best selling author mentors people on wellness from Sleep to Eating to Beauty. Last year she spoke about Auto-immune care for the skin and you can watch other talks on her website YourComfortForLife.com
